The first two Tedi Surgeons notice Conker.
“What if you were to give this game to say, twenty... intelligent people. I mean, what would that do? Let's face it, what would it do?”
Tedi Surgeon

Tedi Surgeons are an enemy in Conker's Bad Fur Day and Conker: Live & Reloaded.

Characteristics

Two Tedi Surgeons experiment on an SHC solider; this scene only appears in the ECTS prototype.

Tedi Surgeons are the Tediz who work in the "Casualty Dept." section of the Tediz Island, only in the It's War chapter. As their name suggests, Tedi Surgeons are surgeons, and they torture and experiment on Squirrel High Command soldiers. They wear a typical surgical outfit, complete with an apron and mouth mask. The Tedi Surgeons' body and outfit are blood-stained, and they smoke cigarettes. They also wear a headband in Live & Reloaded.

Unlike most Tediz, the first two Tedi Surgeons seen by Conker talk in a British accent. They casually discuss over if the game was worked on by twenty intelligent people, and suddenly notice Conker. The Tedi Surgeons quickly "get into character" and fight him. Subsequent dialogue from the two Tedi Surgeons is in their usual, German-based accent.

The Tedi Surgeons attack Conker by throwing medical equipment, including needles, knives, and syringes. They also repeatedly stab Conker if they are close to him. Conker can defeat them the same way as ordinary Tediz: by rapidly firing bullets at them with his Submachine Guns.

Tedi Surgeons have a larger variant, tentatively named the "Mutant Tedi Surgeon". They look the same as average Tedi Surgeons, except they are larger. The Tedi Surgeons also throw three needles at once instead of one. They were experimented on, as they break out of a container to fight Conker. In Live & Reloaded, the Mutant Tedi Surgeons wear a green outfit for easier distinction. They do not appear in containers in the remake.

In the ECTS build, instead of discussing the game, the two Tedi Surgeons are dissecting the chest of a Squirrel High Command soldier, while he begs for freedom.
