The Bouncer[1] is a character in Conker's Bad Fur Day and its remake, Conker: Live & Reloaded.
Characteristics
He is a large Stone Giant who is the bouncer of Rock Solid and the only one to ever have any dialogue. In Conker's Bad Fur Day, the Bouncer only wears an earpiece with a built-in microphone and a bowtie to differentiate it from other Stone Giants. In Conker: Live & Reloaded, the Bouncer was given a completely different appearance from the Stone Giants. He has a tall, skinny appearance, a pair of legs, and a different facial structure. The Bouncer still retains the earpiece and bowtie from the original version.
Biography
The Bouncer appears only during the Uga Buga chapter. Initially, Conker cannot enter into Rock Solid, and the Bouncer tells him "no sneaking!" if he attempts to enter. Later during the chapter, when Conker returns with some Ugas, a cutscene plays, where the Bouncer initially prevented them from entering. Conker tries negotiating with the Bouncer, who believes him to be his kind but then asks for his password. The Ugas provide Conker with the password, which he repeats to the Bouncer. The Bouncer is surprised and asks Conker how he correctly guessed the password. Conker replies by citing the prologue and claiming to be the king who knows everything, but soon disregards the statement. The Bouncer then steps to the side, allowing Conker and the Ugas to enter.
During Conker's visit inside Rock Solid, the Bouncer stands at the door, which is closed to prevent Conker from leaving. Conker can only exit after freeing Berri and obtaining the Cash bundle from her cage. When he returns to the entrance, Conker shows the Cash bundle to the Bouncer, who discovers that Conker stole it and asks him where he is going with the Cash. Conker claims to be following Berri, but the Bouncer prohibits him from doing so and escorts him to Don Weaso's office for attempted theft. The Bouncer only appears in his office briefly, and appears some time during Don Weaso's short meeting with the Wise Guys.
The Bouncer is last shown outside Rock Solid just as Conker starts a mission assigned by Don Weaso to drop a Bomb onto the entire area.
