Confidence Pills are an item in Conker's Bad Fur Day and Conker: Live & Reloaded.

Location and uses

Confidence Pills are pills taken by Conker that give him the confidence to swim. Conker is not courageous enough to swim, so he uses yellow inflatable armbands to float on water. But when the sewers of Poo Cabin have flooded, Conker is required to swim deep underwater to exit the area. To gain confidence, Conker must hop on a nearby ledge with a Context Zone, where he takes Confidence Pills in a glass of milk. He then disregards the need for inflatable armbands. Conker retains his courage in the rest of his adventure.
