Confidence Pills are pills taken by Conker that give him the confidence to swim. They appear in Conker's Bad Fur Day and Conker: Live & Reloaded.

Conker is not courageous enough to swim, so he uses yellow Template:W to float on water. But when the sewers of Poo Cabin have flooded, Conker is required to swim deep underwater to exit the area. To gain confidence, Conker must hop on a nearby ledge with a Context Zone, where he takes Confidence Pills in a glass of milk. He then disregards the need for inflatable armbands. Conker retains his courage in the rest of his adventure.
