Clang Goblings, (also known as Odd Little Armored Imps^{[citation needed]}), are green Gobling enemies that appear in Conker's Bad Fur Day and its Xbox remake Conker: Live & Reloaded.

Clang Goblings wear round armor that allows them to retreat into their armor and curl up like a ball. Their armor also has the feature of protruding spikes from within as the Gobling curls up, which acts as a defense mechanism. It is possible that Clang Goblings' armor and water-based mannerisms relate to Clangs, which are mechanical fish creatures.

Appearances

In Conker's Bad Fur Day, Clang Goblings only appear in the Bat's Tower chapter. The first few are seen in a lake on the path to The Bat's Tower. Two are swimming around the lake and the other is protecting the button which, when activated, causes a whirlpool. Conker must defeat the one protecting the button by flinging a Pooball at it. This causes the whirlpool to active, and the two other Clang Goblins collapse in it.

More Clang Goblins appear at the top of The Bat's Tower, and while Conker swims in the vault of The Bat's Tower, and when he escorts the Catfish to the safe. One last Clang Gobling appears after Conker defeats The Big Big Guy.

Clang Goblings appear more often in Conker: Live & Reloaded, as they appear in other chapters aside from Bat's Tower. Among these chapters includes: Hungover, Windy, and Uga Buga. Clang Goblings can also be defeated from five hits with Conker's Baseball Bat.
