We can't contradict the truth and say that Nintendo published the game, it's just not the case. Nintendo DISTRIBUTED the game for Rare in North America and Australia, but didn't published it. It's the exact same thing for Conker's Pocket Tales, Rare PUBLISHED the game, but Nintendo DISTRIBUTED it.
